Here we can share from our hearts and minds what we have discovered and experienced on the leading edge of systems, services, and teaching that will enable people of all ages and conditions to rejuvenate and harmonize their body, mind and spirit so they have physical strength, wisdom and heart motivation to do their part in the emergence of the quantum world consciousness.To do this we draw on our 40 years of involvement in holistic health, participation in many spiritual paths, the practice of Asian Medicine (Traditional Oriental), western medicine and the wisdom of all of the teachers and students from whom we benefited greatly along our life paths. This work is the culmination, in one way, as well as on-going evolution of the integrative healing work we have been doing for others and for ourselves over this time period. Today our work is to find ways, for our times, to integrate body mind and spirit by effectively dealing with a toxic environment, toxic food, toxic working environments, half truths and outright lies in our media, stress in our relationships, and on and on it goes.......but that is our job. What we present on this website we hope will move us and you toward the goals of high level wellness, rejuvenation and harmonization of all levels of your being and those around you, which means all and everything. When possible, we evaluate the honesty and integrity of the creators and representatives of the businesses selling the innovations.
